Finding Your Digital Access Codes

1st Option:

On the Digital Bookshelf section of your account, your item should show a "Click to Reveal", option on the cover of the item.

Once you reveal the item, please click "access".

The code may appear for you to copy OR

After clicking access, a small popup box may appear in the top right-hand corner. 

Click on the hyperlink to reveal the code.  Then you may copy your code for redemption on the publisher's site.

2nd Option:

If you do not see the pop up in the top right-hand corner, then click on the back button at the top left-hand corner of the screen.  It may either say Back or Library.

When the library pops up, there will be a box for each of your digital item.  Find the appropriate box and click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner.  Click the option to view/reveal the access code.

3rd Option: 

When you go into the customer my account the code is sometimes right there on the digital bookshelf where the cover is. Click the cover to reveal and provide the customer with any instructions that are listed in the "instructions" section.
